Giant Eagle 230 Howe Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH - Plan to attend the Beer Pairing Dinner with Akron’s own Hoppin’ Frog Brewing Company! Head Brewer Lee Gidley will be joining us on Friday, July 6, at 6 PM, and we will be having an excellent selection of their high-quality beers, paired with gourmet food prepared by the award-winning Chef Mike from our kitchens:
-Turbo Shandy, Hoppin’ Frog’…s revved up version of the traditional English beverage, will be paired with our House Salad
-Hopped-Up Goose Juice Rye IPA, a brand new beer that started as a homebrew by one of their brewers, paired with Cajun Catfish and Carrots
-Silk Porter, a smooth, robust, and roasty ale, paired with Flank Steak and Garlic Green Beans
-B.O.R.I.S. the Crusher Oatmeal Imperial Stout, a two-time gold medal winner at the Great American Beer Fest, paired with Chocolate Cake and Ganache.
The dinner will cost $20 per person, or $30 per couple (plus tax). The Dinner will be limited to 40 people, and registrations are required, so sign up early to make sure you get a spot! Registrations can be made either at the Service Counter in-store, or by phone at 330-922-0131.
